You need clarity, safe space to hear yourself again, and guidance removing the invisible ropes binding you. You need to find your lost self. It begins with one step - and I help women determine what that step is and take small actions in that direction.

I’ve discovered and created systems, practices and tools to help people live better, healthier, happier, more fulfilling lives. No matter what you’ve been through.

The work we do simply removes the dirt, grime, grease, clutter, roles, identities - and old ways of identifying with our self-worth.

Hi, I'm Melisa.

For more than 25 years, I've helped people move better, feel better, and reconnect with themselves through yoga, mindful movement, breathwork, nervous system regulation, and whole-person wellness.

But my greatest teacher wasn't a certification.

It was life.

I've walked through profound grief, rebuilding after loss, single parenting, changing identities, and the quiet work of finding myself again—more than once.

Those experiences didn't just change my life. They changed the way I serve.

Today, I help women who find themselves in life's in-between seasons—the moments when your body is changing, your roles are shifting, your relationships look different, and the person you used to be no longer fits.

Together, we slow down, quiet the noise, reconnect with what matters most, and create simple practices that help you trust yourself again.

Because I know what it's like to ask,

"Who am I now?"

And I also know that this isn't the end of your story.

It's the beginning of becoming the wiser, truer version of yourself that has been waiting underneath it all.

Reiki & Energy Healing Sessions

Stuck energy, like blocked arteries, can cause breakdowns in mood, energy, relationships, even physical pain, and how we experience life. Our bodies store trauma, emotions and hurts. This psychic sludge accumulates over time. In a Reiki session, stuck energy in the body is broken down and released, similar to clearing a clogged drain. You may notice warmth, changes in body sensations, or a feeling of peacefulness and calm.
